I have determined the game the elites are playing now is chronic malnourishment. it really hit home when I was in the grocery store and noticed that the packaged organic spinach and lettuce looked like it used to on its last days then I looked around at the kale and other vegetables and they all looked as they do on last days. I talked to the produce manager and he said he too noticed this and that its been this way all year.
I LEARNED THIS over my years and in practice and I am sure its true all mental disorders are nutrient deficiencies and some take time to find but its worth looking versus using pharmacological fixes that only mask symptoms.
I am very knowledgeable with nutrients and food and I also eat very well,organic and grow most of my food myself. SO I could never have imagined I could have any vitamin deficiency BUT pollutants, stress and nutrient void foods had me B12 and B1 deficient. What is really odd is I went to 7 doctors and even the hospital trying to get diagnosis for on going problems. SO when I found the cure I was angry with doctors I went to talk to my doctor and asked him why and how is this overlooked his answer was Honestly nutritional deficiencies are most often being prescribed pharmaceuticals for symptoms that in most cases are cured with proper nutrition. Sadly an example is the 5 separate doctors that prescribed me anti depressants and like wellbutrin, ativan and whats even crazier diazepam the same drug that my sister was given for depression that made her crazy, got her addicted and had her trying to kill herself
What suggest even more so to me that this is by design is this LOW VITAMIN B12. So pay mind to this the Vegan agenda is not about your health or saving the planet Vegan diet means low B12 means Immune problems and I believe we are all being kept at a level of nutrient deficiency vitamin B12 deficiency include exhaustion, rapid heartbeat, brain fog, and other symptoms including immunity issues. B1 deficiency is very serous most often from alcoholics and not enough enriched flour and if you look at whats being pushed you see Vegan and low Grain Diets this is all by design.

Seemingly ignored WHY NO ONE IS SCREAMING ABOUT Gasoline… Petroleum refiners produce aromatics from crude oil. Aromatics are the most toxic, energy inefficient, and expensive gasoline component, and on average, make up 25 percent of each gallon of gasoline we use. For fifty years, no-knock gasoline containing tetraethyl lead has spewed metallic wastes out of millions of tailpipes, tainting the soil and water—and the lungs and brains of little children.
Food Irradiation damages the quality of food.
· Irradiation damages food by breaking up molecules and creating free radicals. The free radicals kill some bacteria, but they also bounce around in the food, damage vitamins and enzymes, and combine with existing chemicals (like pesticides) in the food to form new chemicals, called unique radiolytic products (URPs).
· Some of these URPs are known toxins (benzene, formaldehyde, lipid peroxides) and some are unique to irradiated foods. Scientists have not studied the long-term effect of these new chemicals in our diet. Therefore, we cannot assume they are safe.
· Irradiated foods can lose 5%-80% of many vitamins (A, C, E, K and B complex). The amount of loss depends on the dose of irradiation and the length of storage time.
· Most of the food in the American diet is already approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for irradiation: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, wheat, wheat flour, vegetables, fruits, shell eggs, seeds for sprouting, spices, herb teas. (Dairy is already pasteurized). A food industry petition currently before the FDA asks for approval for luncheon meats, salad bar items, sprouts, fresh juices and frozen foods. Another petition before the USDA asks for approval for imported fruits and vegetables.
· Irradiation damages the natural digestive enzymes found in raw foods. This means the body has to work harder to digest them.
· If unlabeled, raw foods that have been irradiated look like fresh foods, but nutritionally they are like cooked foods, with decreased vitamins and enzymes. The FDA allows these foods to be labeled “fresh.”
· Irradiated fats tend to become rancid.
· When high-energy electron beams are used, trace amounts of radioactivity may be created in the food.
As you might suspect, exposing food to the equivalent of hundreds of millions of x-rays does not appear to be an innocuous act. Alternatively, evidence to date suggests it may be having a detrimental effect on the health of those who consume it.

A New Class of Food Contaminants
2-alkylcyclobutanones (2-ACBs) are radiolytic derivatives of triglycerides found exclusively in irradiated food. The compounds are generated proportionally to fat content of the food and the dose of absorbed radiation.
Research in animals suggests the compounds may promote tumor growth and colon cancer, and studies show 2-alkylcyclobutanones are able to cross the intestinal barrier, enter into the bloodstream, and be stored in the fat tissue of an animal. The compounds have also been shown to be cytotoxic and genotoxic, which means they may damage cells and DNA, respectively. Studies on human cells also revealed potential cancer-causing effects, with researchers concluding “this compound may be regarded as a possible risk factor for processes in colon carcinogenesis related to initiation and progression.”
More Reasons to be Wary of Irradiation
Needless to say, the research to date is raising major red flags that irradiation is NOT as safe as food safety officials would have you believe. In addition to the formation of potentially toxic 2-ACBs, irradiation leads to the formation of furan from ascorbic acid, fructose, sucrose, or glucose. Furan in foods has been linked to liver toxicity, including carcinogenicity.
Another study found that cats developed “mysterious” and “remarkable” severe neurological dysfunction, including movement disorders, vision loss and paralysis, after being fed a diet of irradiated foods during gestation. When they were taken off the irradiated foods, they slowly recovered. This is a major clue that irradiated foods deserve some serious regulatory scrutiny, but unfortunately they have already infiltrated the food system. And it’s not as though this concerning evidence was just recently brought to light. One paper on potential dangers, prepared for the meeting of the Joint FAO/IAEA/WHO Expert Committee on Irradiated Food, dates back to 1969. The author stated:
Approximately 150 fluoridated pesticides. The three most widely used are herbicides: Trifluralin, Fluometuron and Benefin (Befluralin) (EPA, Aug 97). The category “Fluorine Insecticides” include Cryolite, Barium hexafluorosilicate, Sodium hexafluorosilicate, Sodium fluoride, and Sulfluramid.
Another concern with organic gardening and farming is the use of bone meal, which is allowed for use in the National Organic Standards under EPA’s List 4 Inerts. This meal is prepared mainly from the bones of farm animals. Fluoride concentrates in the bones of all mammals and we can expect concentrations to be in the 1000 ppm plus range. There is also the concern about transmission of Mad Cow disease through contact with bone meal.
In addition to the Superphosphate industry, discussed above, many other industries put fluoride compounds into the air, some of which ends up in our food. These include: aluminum smelters, zinc smelters, brickworks, ceramic works, steel mills, uranium enrichment facilities, coal fired power plants, and oil refineries.
“An estimated 74% of the reported fluorspar (CaF2) consumption in the United States in 1995 went into the production of hydrogen fluoride (HF) in Louisiana, Texas, and Kentucky. HF is the primary ingredient from which virtually all organic and inorganic fluorine-bearing chemicals are produced (US Geologic Survey, 1997).”
In 1998, the Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) ranked Hydrofluoric Acid number 6 for Toxic Air Releases in the US.
The main threats to human health from heavy metals are associated with exposure to lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic. Cadmium emissions have increased dramatically during the 20th century. Mercury via food, fish being a major source of methyl mercury exposure, and dental amalgam.
During the last century, lead emissions to ambient air have caused considerable pollution, mainly due to lead emissions from petrol. Children are particularly susceptible to lead exposure due to high gastrointestinal uptake and the permeable blood-brain barrier, be aware of glazed food containers, which may leach lead into food.

Indoor air pollution can be worse in winter, when windows are shut tight and less fresh air can circulate. A study found that three pollutants commonly found in houses have the greatest effect on health:1
Formaldehyde, which is released mainly by building materials.
Acrolein, which comes from heating cooking oil to high temperatures and from cigarette smoke.
Tiny particles, called respirable particulates, that can get into the lungs. A common source of respirable particulates is tobacco smoke.
I also belive Cell towers are using frequencies to effect peoples sleep and water consumption crazy I know but most people are cronicly dehydrated and sleep deprived and many think drinking more water will help. When you drink too much plain water, your electrolytes no longer can balance the exchange of fluid inside and outside the cell. This causes parts of your cells to swell and others to dehydrate (due to loss of salt). Also, realize what you input doesn’t equal what you output. If you drink a glass of water, you do not urinate a glass of water. You will urinate a glass full of urine, which is filled with electrolytes and other stuff. So urine is flushing out minerals.
